Breakfast: Eggs and turkey suasage

Lunch: Chicken sandwich
Snack: almonds and walnuts
Dinner: Lean Cusine chicken stir fry

Sorry guys it finally happened I missed my first workout. Just two tired after work.So instead of taking sunday off I am gonna make up for the missed session. I am a little upset but gotta bounce back.
