Day 17

Meal Plan
Breakfast: Kashi bar ( I keep sleeping in)
Snack: cheese stick
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with original sun chips
Dinner: ground turkey chili (Homemade with beans)

Workout: Arms and Shoulders and Ab Ripper X
I own this workout son!!!!!!!! Yoga tomorrow ughhhh
